All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. jd99 does not accept deposits from third parties. These promotion-specific terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

The following general bonus rules apply to all jd99 promotions unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus will be treated as duplicate accounts.

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the rules of a specific game or market, the rules of the specific game or market shall prevail.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by jd99, it cannot be cancelled by the member. jd99 may void a bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; pricing or settlement errors are identified; the integrity of the event is in question; or there is evidence of market manipulation. Settled bets will not be reopened unless a clear and material error is identified.

jd99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jd99 reasonably believes that: (a) the member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the member has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct; (c) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other members; or (d) jd99 is required to do so by applicable law or at the direction of a competent authority.

A member may voluntarily close their jd99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Accounts closed while under investigation may have their balances withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.
